I don't think he'll do as good as some think......but you never know.
I bet he finishes top ten, if he makes it through the start......
It was 92 or 93. There was also a double double or triple single after the finish line tabletop. Doug and I believe the late Randy Howard were the only ones quadding it....Doug had stock 250R shocks on the front and most of his competition was using aftermarket suspension. Not many people remember those days. hahaQuote:

Well just before that there was a triple and one year they extended that track further up the hill so they had more of a run and Doug tripled it. Spader tried the jump also but didn't make it and tore his akilies tendon. Doug said nobody else did the jump.

I was a late bloomer to the sport but I enjoy reading any articles when they are talking about the early days. It is funny to ride the tracks when you are in your 40s. I could be the father of the kids I ride with on the track...then I go to the parking lot and hang out with the parents. :( Somehow, Doug found the fountain of youth. All those old timers were looking in Florida. Apparently it is somewhere in Wisconsin. :DQuote:

Yes....when it's in your backyard, you can name it anything you want. You will now go down in the history books as the only quad rider to jump Lorocco's leap at......what name did you give your track???Quote:

It was a joke :P Some of these guys on here are like "Why hasn't any quad rider hit this jump before" Even for bikes it's a f***ing haul.
