When the riders reached me in the other side of the course, McGill was flat hauling the mail!

Bithell still held second and was looking more like a desert racer as the wide open field runs were flat scary to watch!

Borich looked smooth as glass and really, didn't appear as fast as McGill or Bithell......but this terrain is brutal, maybe he knew all he needed to do was save just a dash of energy to make a full throttle run at the leader when it mattered most!

Glenn McConnell running 2nd to Simmons. It takes some doing to unseat Simmons...like a baseball bat and a dark night before race day...and then someone MIGHT have a shot at him on the track!:p
