so let me get this straight, its ok for byrd to hit wimmer in the same corner that josh hit him because it was for the lead. but when josh tried to ride it deep into the corner to get by him and joe checked up to stop him in the last corner of the moto going for the win that they both wanted in the worst way josh was wrong? i see it this way, they were both doing the damndest to win that moto and pushing the limits and in the end it bit them in the ***...
come on you wait untill the last corner of the race to take him out. besides byrd didnt take out wimmer. creamer could not of won the overall anyway. creamer 1st and 4th still would not of beat byrds 2-2 for the overall. byrd is now 34 points out of 1st instead of 10 points. no i dont think he did it on purpose but he should of raced smarter because it cost them both point
your right but my friend was there he seen the whole thing. creamer should of raced smarter. and show me were i said anything about ignorance. they always bang on each other but not take each other out. championship hopes dashed for both now.well for byrd anyway creamer was already out of it anyway. At least it is exciting unlike the dirtbike races

Well, like I said...I think Byrd just got on the brakes a second sooner than Creamer expected...I don't think it was intentional, and I don't think for a second he even wanted contact. To me, it looked like Byrd was taking the very inside which NONE of them had been doing on any lap up till then. To me...I think Byrd KNEW the inside was the only way around him to the checkers and he was gonna block that line knowing it didn't matter if he carried any speed thru the turn. It didn't matter if he carried speed...he just needed 15 more feet without a rider sneaking inside on him. He checked up...Creamer went in a bit too hot...BANG! I've raced before and I've seen guys dive into a turn too hot expecting to use the other guy as a berm. I've BEEN the berm, and I've also used somebody as a berm. As long as you get inside it works just fine. May be a bit rough riding style, but it works in a pinch. With the points at stake...Creamer, in hindsight, probably should have just settled for 2nd, but he is AGGRESSIVE and WANTS the W! He went for it...it didn't work and they both took a hit for it. Carry on and line em up @ Red Bud.
Cody is uber fast. I saw him as he came off the track after his moto and he looked as fresh as at the start of the race. No sweat, not outta breath...smiling and saying hi to me. Gonna be great watching him run with the big boys when he makes the step up. Good job.
Side notes...hondarider11....violence is not the answer. A TRUE professional...which is what these guys want to be seen as...wouldn't resort to that kind of behavior. To be honest...Byrd's swing @ Creamer should be looked at and called out. Totally outta line IMHO.
Sparks 450...I don't hear anybody complaining about the contact and subsequent crashes in moto1 where Weinen was 'taken out". He didn't crash by himself. Its racing,,,guys make mistakes and CRASH sometimes.
byrd got a taste of his medicine he has ahistory of racing dirty and taking out racers and attempting to take racers eh tried taking out wienen at muddy creek and there was a video of him t-boning natalie at a set of whoops and jumped yellow flags etc. in the words of natalie on national born killers "he is the dirtiest and ****iest rider that ever lived" when i was at unadilla and watched him poop the bed i enjoyed every second of it. he is cocky and only talks to few amatuers. when i seen him at redbud and unadilla he never said a word to me while all the pros would say hey dude hows everything or btw you looked good out there, etc. when my friend went to ll last year to watch he tried getting joe's autograph he kept ignoring him honestly whatever badluck he gets i have no sympathy for. thats just my opinnon.
I have personally talked to byrd the last four years at glen helen. seems like a nice guy to me. we talked about the track,his quad, honda and took pictures .Just my opinion.
I cant wait for the next race it is going to be interesting.
hopefully he will get his point across to creamer but in a clean way
I wonder if the AMA is going to fine Byrd for swinging at Creamer?
