Just as everything was looking like it was going to be a perfect day for John Natalie jr., his YFZ became extremely loud all of a sudden as he once again launched the step up. John looks down in flight to try to figure out what was going on?
His YFZ was popping and sputtering the whole time through the air, and it didn't sound good at all.
When he landed, he continued to try to figure out what was wrong, and the way it sounded, it didn't seem like his machine was going to be able to stay out front or much less survive the entire race:(
Doug Gust quickly closed in the gap that John had earlier developed, but he seemed hesistant to get to close to John because of the way his YFZ, and didn't want to risk crashing into John if his Engine let go.
Kory Ellis had the start he needed and was vigorously chasing after the leaders.
#4 Tim Farr was running strong in 4th!
Once Again, Dustin Wimmer found himself in the top 5 and was looking to move up through the leaders as he did in the 1st Moto.
Jasmin Plante was on the gas in 6th Place
#6 Tavis Cain found himself back in 9th in the 2nd Moto after having a great start in the 1st Moto. He followed closely behind #8 Jason Luburgh and #12 Keith Little.
#7 Joe Byrd was running 10th after not even getting past the 1st turn in Moto 1.
#9 Mike Walsh was back to 13th behind #32 Matt White and #2 Jeremiah Jones.
