Cody Miller was out there, pretty sure he DNF'ed. Wienen had troubles and started off with a terrible start. Byrd had electrical problems. Lawson was putting around, had a NASTY wreck on the Pro section in the first Moto and I think that is why he was putting. Greg Gee had a little get off and was way in back. Gust would have had the win but his quad started acting up. Roco Arno and Plante both put on great rides in the second moto. If I remember correctly, Dunk had problems in the second moto to. Track conditions were horrendous second moto.
Natalie ate dirt HARD in the first moto. He was coming around the sweeper after the triple and lost it and flipped a couple times and hit the fence. Pretty bad wreck. They helped him off and he sat for a second and got back on. Hard *****!! A TON of mechanical failures today. It was an interesting race though!
On another not, Pro Am rider Cody Gibson was ON FIRE this weekend!! In the second moto of Pro Am Production, he had about an 8 second lead if I'm not mistaken. Clay Holmes pulled the holeshot and two wheeled and flipped after the first step up. That's when Gibson started to pull away.
Also, keep Hendershot106 (I believe that is his name) in your prayers. In the LCQ of 16-24, off the holeshot, he was hit from behind and lost control and ran off the track and hit a female flagger. I believe she broke both of her legs. I was behind him when it happened and it was a terrible accident. He felt terrible, there was nothing he could do, I was 4th gear tapped and I'm sure he was to and it all happened so fast. So be praying for him and the flagger as it was a terrible accident and he could not feel any worse about it.
Sorry for that Novel. But I always like to know what is going on, so I did my best to let you guys know. Any other questions, I might be able to answer them. And yes, the weather blew all weekend. Best day was Friday afternoon. After the Hurricane Force winds we had in the morning. It was terrible. Though the motor home was gonna flip over
Yeah, Cody Gibson blistered some *** at Alabama too until he had problems.
Moto one and two was crazy. Back to the Cody Gibson story he got protested...in which nothing was found. Only thing I can see with cody is he has one hell of a set up and he weighs in at 120lbs. So he will be taking home a pro am title for sure!! Keep it up!
Gibson must be on a roll! I see he won pro-am and unlimited pro-am. great job!
I've also been told the Kaw has trouble finding HP. I believe it.
I know the Honda's are pulling 62-65hp.
Funny how things flip flop.
Joe byrd got to walk away with a virtually uncontested championship last year.
This year Heather gets to.

That was mean Jack... TRUE, but mean......... I miss your girl....
gibson was fast last year on a stock motor, give that kid a built zuk wow!!!!!!, the kid is fearless so far and I can only hope he gets to stay that way. I always said if I never had any of the bad wrecks I would be real fast:devil:
Hey Jack
I miss you 2!!!! If you would attend the races you might actually know what your talking about. Michelle Natalie is on fire this season and is really going great on her Honda. Nothing is being handed to anyone. And for your information Joe was leading the points last season when all the top riders were still around before WPSA and I don't really think that Lawson and Brown would appreciate the comment that his title was easily won.... Thanks for your input though its always good for a laugh!
