Sport Class
The Sport class had 8 riders on the line this weekend with Jacob Jones finally joining in the fun this season, and he was excited to be back at the track.
Jacob Jones would grab the Holeshot ahead of Steven Mitchell on his Warrior.
The Alabama Resident, Steven Mitchell would go on to pass Jacob and take over the lead and win his second race of the season and it currently leading the class in points after not finishing a race below 2nd place.
Benji Edwards would finish 3 minutes behind Steven in 2nd Place with Tom Bobrowicz right behind him in 3rd place.
Well that is it folks, until next "The Penton" which is usually either mud or dust.

Joey didn't win the race, but he did finish in 3rd place for yet another impressive finish.
Jacob broke his leg while practicing for the texas race. i didnt expect him back so soon. looks like a broken leg and no practice time didnt slow him down too muchQuote:
