2009 GNCC Racing Series - Round #8- The John Penton - ATV Race Coverage (

Frank Batista bury's his head in frustration as his Sportsman developed a big problem...it wouldnt pull much past idle from what I could hear.

I'm not sure what cleared it up or what he was able to fix but he must have gotton it squared away as he finished 2nd in 4x4 Open!

Scott Kilby would run true as he raced his way to 1st in 4x4 Open

Daryl Rath was running strong however he to would face some problems and finish in the 8th spot

Traci Cecco would rip her way into scoring without a competitor in sight.

Cecco would claim her 3rd win of the season as takes teh checkered flag.

The points battle stays razor close as we once again have another epic battle for the championship!

Micheal Swift grabs a bit of air as he rips in to claim the 4x4 Limited win! This win marks 8 in a row!

Jonathan Shaff would claim the actual overall win by time, but since the Sportsman class isnt a points paying class, he wouldn't be allowed on the podium.

Excellent riding nonetheless!

Swift was needing some hydration and a few seconds to razz Brent Sturdivant before heading to the podium. He didn't think he had secured a spot on the box even after we told him:p

Sam Williams put in a heck of a ride and claimed his prize!

Micheal Swift makes it two Can Am's on the podium with his 2nd place finish.
