Bryan Cook examined his hands for blisters while Bill Ballance was interviewed
Bill Ballance removed his boot and rested his knee on his rear tire as the two hour long race took its toll on him, but his 2nd Overall finish all but wrapped up his sixth National Championship as he only needs a few points at Powerline Park to secure his #1 plate.
Bryan Cook finally put everything together and with a little luck on his side, he was able to take the overall win and the awesome trophy that comes along with it.
I don’t think I ever saw Bill Ballance so happy to finish second in his entire career.
It was time for the Champagne celebration, and Bryan Baker wasted no time popping his bottle of bubbly and spraying down the crowd while Cook and Ballance finished opening their bottles.
Ballance and Cook spraying down the crowd and celebrating their podium finish.
After racing hard for two hours, Bill requested his crutches to return to his pit and clean up after overcoming the odds of not only coming back to race in just under two months after seriously injuring his leg and to podium on top of it is simply amazing.
Sorry for the shorter coverage, but it has been a hectic two weeks and there is only so many hours in a day, but I hope to have more time for Power Line Park
thanks for the review
