The rear is set abit wide as we had planned to do extensive dyno testing today. This will allow it to fit better, but we ran into a loose motor mount so dyno may have to be postposed for the day.
Were a little over one week away from the season opener and still waiting on 3 items.
Hope they make it in time . :eek2: :scary:
last for now..
not sure Im liking where the rear res. goes but thats where it has to .
wow. that is one sick Raptor 250..... with my 450r was that clean. very nice build!!!
not a fan of that mounting location either having it so close to all that heat kinda negates the purpose of the reservoir but all in all great looking quad hope my build comes out that clean.
just a suggestion for the rezzy, you might wanna try to take the line and loop it and just put the rezzy on the back of the subframe like the back rail by the grab bar. ive done it with my hondas that had the long rezzy lines, i hate my rezzy running all the way up front
Its not long enough. We didnt think it was long enough ... but we were able to move it to the rear-BARELY-and its TIGHT FIT. Ill get a photo and post it.Quote:

But on an air cooled motor, having it on the back seemed alot more well-suited. We ended up puting it under left rear fender mount
Heres a shot of the ProMoto/Fastway Elka system.
.
We moved it here ...
im surprised fox didnt make a clamp system for it like all the other quads, the first system they had was horrible which just had the bracket with hose clamps holding it on, the new one has straps that you slide the rez into and tighten the bolt down to hold it, your setup looks like it will be fine though.
