I know that it is sad that they didn't take the time to spend a few minutes with your son, but the riders are part of a team, and I'm sure the team manager has set the guidelines. If they take the time to sit and chat with one person's child what if a line forms and then they have to tell some of the fans no. That is why they have an autograph session. I wish we could have it the old way too, because I have talk to Doug and Jeremiah before at a national and it was great, but I will accept this if thai is what it yakes to get our sport the spotlight it deserves. Doug and Gust are to of the nicest and sincere racers I have ever met and I know that they haven't suddenly turned into "rock stars". Try going to a AMA national or supercross event and talk to RC, Stewart or any of the other racers at a time other than the autograph session. Now with that said, I can't wait to hear what happens Sunday! Wish I could be there.
