400ex throttle

So my 04 400exs throttle has been very jerky lately, it is hard to describe but when I'm rolling and I rengage my throttle it jerks and it is not a smooth transition, also if I ever try to pop the clutch in 1st or 2nd gear it bogs (sometimes). When me and my friend jetted it, we had adjusted the wrong fuel/air screw :eek: instead I think we messed with the throttle. Any help would be appreciated.

Put it back like it was, then start from there.
Find out what the stock settings are and start there.
Why did you jet it?

might need adjustment (slightlybent suggested) lubrication or new cable.
