Z400 jumps and stalls in gear

Hello....i got a 07 Ltz 400 Special Edition the other day. It needed carb cleaned and clutch adjusting?? I cleaned carb and now it runs great. It idles and revs fine in neutral but when i drop it in 1st gear it immediately jumps then stalls?? I adjusted cable(no help). I opened her up and all clutch plates look good but i noticed along with plates there were 2 circle plates that look like big washers?? Do they supposed to go on before or after clutch plates? When i try to start it in gear it just jumps forward if that helps also....PLEASE HELP...I dont know what it could be or what to look for.....any advice would be appreciated!!!!
