1986 trx250r nerfs with heel guards.....

I ordered a set of nerfs with heel guards back in april for a 1986 trx250r and have yet to receive them. The day i ordered them ur shop said they could have them out to me in three weeks but three weeks later no nerfs, so i called and left a message which was not returned. Then a week later i called again and talked to someone about the nerfs and they said there was a death in the family and they were behind on orders but the nerfs were done and would be shipped right away. Two more weeks later i called again and left message and still no nerfs or a return phone call from burgard. And this has went on for 4 months with never a phone call or any sign of the nerf bars with heel guards. Please someone from your shop call me or pm me.
