atv nats.... lap times w/no transponder

has anyone else had odd things with the transponders at the nats this year .......i have seen quite a few time e-score had recorded lap times with quads that did not have thier transponder on the quads ........or real out of place lap time like 3 laps 2.08 but 1 might be 1.57 or ........one time e-score had my rider in 3 place on the first lap and my rider never was in 3rd and we have the hole race on our tape and helmet cam but they still have my rider in 3rd ..... how can that happen what are we spending our money on ?????
