I'm thinking about picking up a pair for the rear of the quad. My friend has them on his warrior and they are pretty badass. He had no trobule getting through stufff that i was wide open spinning and getting somewhat stuck.

no.....nobody runs mudlites on a 450R. get razr 2 or holeshot gncc
Razr2's are they way to go! Holeshots rubber is to soft so it wears down fast, Razr2's are the best out there for recreational riding in my opinion!:D
They are the "sp" version of mudlites. They are for sport quads and are available in sport sizes, such as 20 inch rears. My buddy had em on his 07 450r and they did really well.Quote:

I'm just saying if you want a tire thats good for one thing (mud) get the mudlites but if you want a tire thats good for everything (mud, dirt, grass, rocks, sand) then go with the razr/holeshots. If all you do is ride mud then sorry to say it buddy but you have the wrong bike!
you guys should bolt on a pair then you will change your mind i have a pair best woods tire i ever had and i have had i razrs ect ect
you guys should research a little before you start ragging on something you dont know anything about. XC races can get pretty gnarly when its been raining alot, i might grab a set myself.

so your saying the mudlite is the all around best trail tire?
it would have been 3 races ago...
My Holeshot HD's were a great allaround trail tire but after watching my friend with the mudlite's on his quad i'm thinking i might grab a rear set :dunno: worst case i deal with it for a year and get new tires next year. I tend to hit alot of muddy trails and these tries seem to handle everything quite well.Quote:
