Stoppies? how to do them right?
i could them but not to consistently, all u have to do is slow down to a god speed jam on ur front brakes wile u push ur weight foward and make sure not to lock ur front brakes.you wanna be at the point that u are about to lock them and when the back end comes up let got to roll but jab on the brakes to keep the quad from going back down.
i hope it helps, it kinda hard to explain:ermm:
bassically be going at a good speed get close to locking your front breaks up but dont and do that till your back end comes up and keep tapping the break ( on off on off) like that to keep it up off the ground... remember there hard and a wast of your breaks hope this was explained a little better!:macho
thanks for the info. will try again tomorrow, the weather was crappy today so i just went mudding.
ive never had front brakes that work good enough to do them :(
ive tried them but its hard. i think my brakes arnt good enuf
tried them too, my *** just ended up slamming into a fence. got pissed and flipped the bike over and walked home...
get your weight shifted forward a lil bit..not way crazy...try to squeeze your tank between your thighs...hammer on your front brake and when your ***** end comes up, judge if u need less or more brake..it takes a while and you will go over the front end somtimes....
it may be harder on different quads.... such as if u come off a blaster onto your friends 250ex, fly down town streets without a helmet and decide to lock up the front brakes, flip forward and slide under the quad for the rest of the block....like a friend of mine did... ya lol
only pic i got...not real good my rear end swung out to the right....(hadda crop my head off cuz i wasnt DOT approved)
