GNCC Round 5 Loretta Lynn’s AM Race Coverage

Women’s Class

Angel Atwell is coming off a win at the Big Buck GNCC. She snapped Traci Cecco’s win streak and will be trying to start one of her own.

Stephanie Parton has had trouble finding the speed on her Polaris this year, but she is getting faster every race and I’m sure it is only a matter of time before she gets that elusive first win of the season.

Jennifer Fulkerson had back to back podium finishes in Georgia and North Carolina but problems in SC kept her off the podium. She was looking to rebound with a good showing at Loretta’s.

Traci got the holeshot as the Loretta Lynn’s GNCC got underway with Stephanie right behind her.

As they headed for the woods Traci was still in the lead with the rest of the pack fighting for position.

On the first lap Traci had started to pull away but hit a tree and went over the bars. She was able to get back on the quad and continue without losing the lead.

Stephanie was only 3 seconds behind Traci at end of the first lap.

Ashley Whaley had a good run going in third place.

She was followed by Kristen Atwell in the 4th spot.

Lexie Coulter was hot on their heels in 5th.
