Foreman wont start

Need to see if anyone has had this problem with their Foreman. Mine is an '00 TRX450 Foreman. Ran fine when let it set for a few days. Went to start it and it just wouldnt start. Changed plug, put in new battery, full of gas, checked the 4 or 5 fuses under the seat and all were good. It seems that the plug only sparks the moment you let off the starter button; where it seems like it wants to try and start but dies. When holding down the start button or pulling the rope start, there is no spark to the plug.

Is this some sort of stator or relay problem? Did I miss any other fuses? Also, does anyone knows of where I can download a shop manual, please let me know where I can do that.
