Look through the past posts, man, you have 89 posts...looks like you may have been around a while someone asks this question almost every day.
I've heard from a lot of 400ex owners that the WB's is the best. But i also heard that they fall apart easily (with all the discs and stuff). But it gives the most power. But i personally like the T-4. But get whatever you like best.
