Getting Another Quad Need Advice

Looking into getting a couple more Quads and Need advice On one.
Im looking for one to Mostly Trail Ride (I live in West Tx)
But also take to the MX Track and make some Practice laps.
Looking for something that can move me im 6'3" 220lbs
I'm very experienced rider, I been using a 04 Polaris
Predator 500 but sold it about 6 months ago.
Looking for something thats RELIABLE AND DURABLE!
Is it better to buy them with mods already? I'm gonna spend between
3k and $4500 Range.

Also getting a Utlity Type Quad for Wife to ride most time
but on occasion ill ride also. Whats good one to look at on those.
Im thinking a Honda Rancher or Polaris Sportsman.
Wanting to spend 2k-$3500 on one them.
