Problems with stock axle

Im trying to put in my new LSR but cant get the brake hub off. All the nuts and **** are off but is there a easy. I have been trying to pry it and hit it with rubber mallet. also have tried to just hit the axle through no luck. Need help

Can you post a pic of the problem you're having? There is a circlip that holds the brake stay on, but as long as you have removed the axle nuts, the axle should slide right out!:confused:
