XR cam for my EX

How do I obtain an XR cam for my EX? Do I need to buy new rockers and valve springs? I'm still deciding on which complete exhaust system to buy too. However, my mod plans are complete exhaust, XR cam, rev kit, degree key, and no air box lid, maybe even a K&N clamp on. My elevation is below 1OOO feet, what are some jetting guidelines? The XR cam is a drop in. You can use stock rockers and springs. Look in my signature for jetting and mod selections. I'm at about 1100 feet. So you would probably need a little bigger main jet.
