if ur airbox is stock..it is probably electrical oriented..... i would take plastics off and run it dry then take water and spray on seperate electrical components and see if it cuts out of any of them...if it does then thats ur problem

go to your favorite auto parts store and buy a tube of dielectric grease and put in all of your electrical connections this should fix it my little xc secret ;)

I know when I replaced my stock harness on my 400 it made it easier to start and doesn't cut out at water crossings like it used to.

Don't forget to put dielectric grease on (in) the spark plug boot.

I was having the same problem until I put dielectric grease on ALL my electrical connections. Now I don't. **knock on wood**
