ok right now i drive a '72 chevy cheyenne with a 350. the 350 has been recetly rebuilt, crane cam, edelbrock carb, headers, flex fan, bored .030, etc. it also has a new tranny. 3 years prior to all the motor mods it was repainted. well i want to sell it. should i sell it and get a newer truck or just wait til my parents help me buy something else when i go to college?

I'd go ahead and buy a new one, but if college was really close, i'd wait for my parents to help.

Well, I guess it is all about how bad you want the truck vs. how much you want to spend out of your own pocket. No one can make the choice for you.

id buy a new truck. what kind of truck you thinking of getting?

i don't have any pics of it right now but i'm sure i could get some. i'm not so sure that i even want a truck. i was really thinking about getting a mustang. but if not i would just get probably a chevy swb or something along that line.

i thought about getting a wrangler but i don't really want something that gets horrible gas mileage plus i have a 4-wheeler if i want to go offroading.

350z's are nice...Wish I had one of those or an RX-8, but I'm happy with the Mach.

I admit the latest generation of Mustang's is a lot better than the past few decades have offered. 2001-2004 have been alright. I'm going to officially like the Mustang when Ford finally gets their shiot together and that 2005 Stang comes out.

But until then I'm still liking my Lincoln LS more than any stang.
