400ex

Hello! I have a 2002 400ex with a big gun exhaust, k&n filter and k&n jetting. I am now toying with the idea of installing the 440 kit. Would I have to re-jet it or get a new carb. I run this quad in the baja california deserts & mountains alot will this be an issue or will it be ok. any imput would really help.:D

New carb----if you want even more power;)

rejet of course so you dont burn a hole in the top of your piston! and a bigger carb if you want more power, i think a bigger carb would give more top end :confused:

Do you know if the 440 running hotter will be an issue in the hot Baja deserts, and if so will adding shrouds help it? I dont whant o break down in the middle of nowhere!
