86' 250r price?

My friend has to get rid of his 86' 250r. It has an fmf pipe, maier plastic, grab bar, nerf bars, normal tires and paddles, and maybe another thing or two i might be forgetting. It has just been sitting in his garage for a while. I know its hard with no pics, but does anyone have an estimate? thanks

i just checked, the tires are aftermarket, there are two sets of rims, and the nerfbars and grabbar is dg. Somebody has to know what its worth. thanks again,

I'd try to get at least $4,000 for it. R's were the best bike ever made.

if the frame is good condition and motor doesn't need freshened up and runs good. judging from ebay anywhere from 2200.00 to 2600.00. i have a chance to buy a 86 that is original and in very good condition, i'd say above average for 2000.00. that's just my take on it.

it would be awesome if he could get that much for it. But that sounds a little high to me from what i have seen looking at 250rs in general. The motor was recently rebuilt also.
