450r shocks

i know that every1 said 450r shocks ownt fit on a 400ex but y wont they what so different about them?:confused:

They are supposably longer. The top mounts don't fit right either. They aren't set up for a 400ex geometry.

Either way, the top shoukmounts will need to be ground down a little. I think the valving is all wrong for a 400ex.
