help! axle ring

I have a lonestar axle and antifade nut, i went to tighten the nut and the ring spread apart and therefore i cant tighten it anymore, i tried squeezing it back together but it just spreads apart because it is weaker now...my question is does anyone have something like this? where could i get one?

just goto napa or someting, they have a million different c clips in stock.
