Are these reliable quads? What are some of the more common problems?

They are very reliable, almost tank-like. Most of the problems that they have had are already addressed. They include the poor choice of tire on the first year quad as well as some front end geometry problems. If you get one newer than the first couple of years there are very few problems to report. The newer ones are now lighter and are a little more trail friendly.
Great quad if you want a big open class quad.

They are bullet proof, very reliable quads. My friend has an 00 and has never had any sort of problem with it.
