I would like to lower my bike some more for MX and I was wondering would a dura blue strut and front brackets be strong enough to take the landings and the bumps does anyone use this kit if so does it work for you

No the strut would snap in half. I'm speaking from experience.

The best thing for MX are GOOD zero pre- load shocks set up for your weight and bike.:D

I've got the durablue lowering kit on the front of my 400 for ice racing..

There is NO way that it could take any amount of MX'ing.. The kit would probably hold up OK, but I'm betting it would rip the upper shock mounts right off the frame in a few laps ;)

19 inch front and 18 inch rear MX tires,,,other than that,,,there isn't anything else,,besides shocks..I don't think.

I have used the Durablue rear adjustable strut for two years now and had no Problems at all. I am 6'2" and 250lbs and race A class so its not that I dont jump, I just stick the landings, If you cant land without casing in a bad way then it probably will break. But I have not had any problems with it. I would not use the front lowering kit though. Mo
