No Spark?

I just installed my HRC kit and when I tried to start it, it just kicked over. So I tested the spark 20 times and there is no spark!
So I checked all the connections and still can't find the source of the problem, Please help. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your key and kill switch are on. Sorry it sounds dumb but I have kicked and kicked and not realized that before too. Other than that it is really hard saying with out looking at it.

are you sure you aligned your timing right, i know you have to set your piston to a certain position before installing the cam?

Yeah my key and kill are are correct.

The two marks on the crank were lined up, so i'm guessing the timing is correct unless there is more to it.
