Head Bolts cracking?

Anyone else have their cylinder head bilts crack? Is this because of the pressure?

This happened with a stock motor. Yep, the bolts themselves (3 out of 4).

wow i have heard of the head stud streaching but cracking wow must be bad metal or something ?
