fcr carbs?

i was just wondering what carbs came on which dirtbike? so, what bike did the 39mm come on and which bike did the 40mm come on? is there a way to tell which one is which by looking? thanks cal

The 39mm FCR's comes/came on the YZ400, 426 and 450F (and YFZ450 quad)

The 400mm FCR's comes on the Honda CRF450 (and TRX450R quad)

I just bought a used YZ400F 39mm FCR off of Ebay for $200. They are out there once in a while if you look....

yeah, i just bought one too and he said it was a fcr 39 off a dirtbike. however, on the top of the carb it says CR. i would think that would mean a CR dirtbike, but i have no clue.

I don't think that it means its off the CR dirtbike. But I could be wrong. My FCR39mm has CR on the top of it also but It didn't come off a dirtbike.

Yeah the CR does not specify dirtbike or not. I got the carb off Johnny_G on here and he said it was used a a suzuki and he bought the intake and exhuast adapter to sell it for a 400ex. It is the same setup my brother has and he bought that form C&D. This carb works just as good if not better than his did, his seems to have a little bit of the low end bog.

The trx450r comes with a 42mm carb. And it is not a FCR.

Can somebody tell me where to get the intake and exhaust adaptors and how much are they? Thanks much!

i am sure you can get them from C&D. mine are sudco's.

I think sudco is the company that makes them. I got my FCR from C&D Racing and it came with sudco stickers.
