2003 GasGas 300

I have a 2003 GasGas 300 2-stroke race quad that I raced last season in the GNCC series.

The engine has about 3 hours on it since it was completely rebuilt.
My dealer has just replaced all the bearings and had the shocks revalved and resprung for a 185-210 lb woods racer.
The rear fender is crack and the seat has some tears in it.
I have added all the LTR components to it:
Power valve cover
jet kit
case saver
120 linkage
alloy water pump
GT Thunder dual core 250r radiator
GT Thunder -3 a-arms

I am asking $5500 for it.

right now I'm looking for cash to pay off some loans and jsut race my cannondale speed for this season.

I don't know yet what will be the next purchase (quad wise) is yet, if I buy anything. I've also been thinking about getting completely out of the racing scene for awhile.

Just replaced rear plastic, seat,Front Bumper, and had the gas tank replace with the updated key lock version that does not leak.

i know that you would like to sell it but something to think about is a 250r is easier to sell than a 300 gasgas and i see that you have been trying to sell it for a while.

In some ways you are correct, but I'm looking to get away from the 2-stroke machines. 2-strokes are starting to get phased out of the sport, which makes them harder to sell and lowers the price of them. Right now I feel that trading the GG for another quad still leaves me with trying to sell another atv. Yes a 250r maybe easier to sale or maybe it won't I just don't want to go through that at this time. If worst comes to worst I might just put the GG on ebay and hope for the best.

Thanks for the offer, but I'll past. If your truely interested talk to some of your buddies and see if you can fine someone to purchase your R then you could just buy the GG out right. heck you might even get a better deal this way (don't know what you had in mind for the trade or what you could get out of the R).
