Seen them on Ebay for Dirt Cheap... I still would go with an FCR. I got a used FCR 39mm on Ebay fro $200 (in great shape). It actually came off of a YZ400F, but it's pretty much the same as any FCR but also has a choke and a TPS (throttle position sensor which I won't use anyway). Good luck!
