well you first have to pay member fees to become supporting member then you send the adminstrator what new name you want and harlen will change it for you but he doesn't do it anymore for non-supporting members cause there was to many requests to fill

Wasn't calling you wrong of course, some individuals seem to be exempt to some rules. I guess when you brother is a mod, you get special treatment.
