Ac pro pegs

I just bought the Ac pro pegs in Ebay. I haven't gotten them

yet. but I've noticed that the foot pegs seem to look very short.

almost like your foot won't even fit.

Then I saw another guy selling them on ebay because he states

his foot didn't fit on them. Then I see here on this site under 400ex parts that peg extensions are a must with these nerf bars.

can anybody let me know if they've experienced these new nerf bars and if this is true? thanks

The peg is too short :eek2: the measurement of the peg is around 9" long by 2 1/4" wide. it may be different on each bike but that is the measurement on the TRX450r propegs.

The pegs are about the same length as stockers and twice as wide. I had my nerfs off for my winter rebuild and I put my stockers on this past weekend, just so I could ride. Man do they suck. The propegs are much better.

I believe the extension you are talking about are to replace the teeth after they wear down. One of the downfall's of the propegs are the pegs are aluminium so they wear rather quickly, that why the put the second piece on. But that won't be for awhile.
