I rebuilt the top end on my 400 this past week.... and to my amazement, it started right up!!! Tips......don't have loose objects aroud the open case, THEY WILL FALL IN. I was trying to be to careful and still dropped a bolt down in the case. Luckliy, I got it out with a magnet. DON'T over torque the valve cover bolts. In the Clymer manual, it is decieving....... torque the 12 bolts around the top to 6lbs. and the center to 17lbs......Just wanted to share. Now when are we going to the BAdlands????:D
