16 tooth...how much more mph?

I am thinking of putting on a 16 tooth. I am looking for a little more top end. Has anyone done this on a stock engine? I have looked at the "calculators", but I want to know from someone who has done it. How bad does it hurt your low end?

you may be looking at, at most 5mph at top speed, IMHO, not really worth it.......:rolleyes:

I don't think a 16 tooth would be good on a stock quad,,,build up the motor and go with it. or a smaller rear...I just added a 36 to the rear but haven't taken it out on a test run..
