I have had my supertrapp IDS2 for a few months now and I think its a pretty good pipe, but the extra noise is starting to bother me. I went from 12 disks down to 8 and I think its still to loud. I ride where there are horses and houses and I don't want to get my friends or myself in trouble. I would rather keep the pipe intead of going back to stock but I don't know what to do. I dont want to spend $150 on a powerbong header. Would repacking the silencer help? What about a quiet core? I have an IDS2 on my honda foreman w/ a quiet core and 12 disks and its not bad at all. Would it kill the power from the race core?
