stroker kit?

i have a stock 400ex and i am soon selling one of my other bikes hoping to get some $$. After i get the money i want to put it into the 400ex.Where can i get a stroker kit and big bore? or do u think i should go with the ct racing kit? what set up will give me the most power. i want to be able to beat my friends raptor. so just some information on stroker kit and big bore and where i can get a set with a hot cam for the best price?
