resize your image to less then 65 x 65 pixels and under usercp upload it

Go to 'edit options' scroll down and click edit avatar or whatever the button is way down at the bottom.

Open the file in paint. Click File > Save as... > filename.JPG or filename.GIF then re-try. You should be set, make sure the max size of the file is 65x65.

yea i got it now just cant get the size ahhh lol ill keep tryin to figure it out what do u men open it ot paint?:confused:
