i was looking a some a arms at www.rockymountainatv.com and i found some armadillo standard length a-arms for 439, but they also have some armadillo aarms that are extended 2" for 469, and they come with longer tie rods, ive been wanting to have my quad wider for moto x anyways, so i was wandering if my stock shocks will work with the 2+ aarms, ill get some works with rezzies later, but ill have to use my stock ones for now, so will they work? and also, will i have to buy a longer axle if i get my aarms? both for safety with the wider front, and to have it even so my back wont look to small.

Stock shocks will work, but will be extremely soft and will bottom out very easily. I would just save my money if I was you. Get some a arms and shocks at the same time. You don't have to get an axle, but it will help a lot for stability and especially strength. Just start saving, that's the best advice I can give you. Good luck, it'll be hard, but worth it in the long run.
