I ran a ceramic coated Sparks X-6 full system on my EX, and I loved it. Very noticeable power gain over a standard slip-on. System has a nice finish on it, and is built very well. Not to mention it puts out an awesome sound!:devil: I had nothing but good experiences with my X-6. Never had experience with LRD, but from what I've seen, they seem to be built well, and perform pretty well too.

well this is going to be for a z400 and i was wondering if u have any pics or link on were i could find a ceramic sparks b/c i never seen one just lrd ceramic thanks alot
