Swing arm Bushings

I need your help, How the **** do you get the bushings out of your swingarm , i've been messing around with mine all day and they won't budge. Can anyone hlep me?

try a nice hammer and a screwdriver, ul prob gunna hav to replace em though.

I took mine out. I tried the hammer thing and like you they don't move, so I used a press and press them out. You can hammer them back in though. Good Luck with them.
