Sure there is. All you need is some 1" diameter cold-rolled steel tube, a cold-cut saw, a TIG Welder, and the ability to jig everything up properly so it's all straight. In all seriousness, I wouldn't risk it, if it wasn't gfarted on just right, you'd be talking about a SERIOUS safety hazard. Just my .02.....
