resize animation for avitar??

ok i kno how to resize a pic for an avitar, but how do you resize an animation for an avitar?? the animation in my avitar now i found that size. when i resize an animation it turns into a pic...
can ne1 help me out??

Oh, LMAO its the "Shake that a$s fat b!tch" flash from starterupsteve.com .. I knew it was an animation, just called it a pic. If you need help with working on them, I will hook you up! Heres one I did for a freind of mine:
