I put in my 440 and my jetting is close but not dead on. I have a 160 main jet, the needle clip is brought down two positions from stock, and as for the pilot jet, well my dealer (they're retarded) said they cant get them so I drilled it out a little as a temporary fix. Its a bit too rich. But it runs like an animal beyond 1/4 throttle. It just stumbles around the 1/4 mark though. I am running the choke along w/ my pipe and K&N. I was thinking a 40 pilot jet. Where can I get one? I also screwed the mixture screw all the way in to copmpensate for the rich pilot. But it didn't do enough.

If all else fails try mail order. I am pretty sure Dennis Kirk and Chapperal has'em. I had kind of given up on local dealers for my jets, until I found a "new" one. They had all the jets I needed. ServiceHonda may also have what you need.

if u still hav the choke, take it out, will lean the bottom, and make it perfect.

carbidesmotoworld.com has any and all jets for the Keihin carbs. I have done quite a bit of business with them, and I have been pleased.
Just an idea!

Sounds to me like it's lean. I'd try a 42 or 45 pilot.
