Where are the closest legal riding sand dunes to Virginia. I live in northern Va but I am willing to travel

i'd like to know also...i live in NH but plan on traveling. I think the closest is Ohio-not possotive though

I'm pretty sure the closest is Silver Lake,in Mears, Michigan.
