From the people I've talked to that have them, they say there is no big difference, it just keeps the brakes a little cooler. Plus they are a little lighter.

my neighbor just got one and it thicker than stock lighter than stock and will keep it cooler and stronger my neighbor bent his stock so he went ahead and got a aftermarket one

he said the dealer encouraged to get it cause if u bent a stock one and gonna benda stock one again so he got the wave and a ac skidplate to make sure he dont bend the wave rotor

I have a wave rotors and the bake pads last longer, usually I got thorugh a set of rear pads on a 2-3 muddy day, not with the wave rotors. Brakes seam better too.

the wave rotor will cause the pads last longer because the wave pattern will cause the mud not to stick to the rotor less. the more mud on the totor causes the pads to wear down faster. the same is true with solid rotors. The wave rotor will get rid of heat better than a solid rotor.
